Process:
  • ohm resistance Tested for electrical shorts.
  • Stripped of all removable components.
  • Degrease and clean from the outside.
  • Checked for any major cosmetic damage.
  • Internally cleaned via numerous ultrasonic baths using special non-hazardous solutions. 
  • Backflushed to remove any internal debris (multi-step process).
  • Spray pattern tested, pressure/leak tested, flow tested.
  • Flow matched to +/- 3-5%   from each other.
  • All injectors have been Re-assembled with new high-quality components (Filters, O-rings, Seals, Spacers, Pintle caps).
