Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy.

30-Day Return Policy:
You may return parts within 30 days of the delivery date. All return items must be in the same condition as they were shipped-unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returns must include all original components, accessories, and documentation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used, damaged, or altered parts will not be accepted. Returns outside the 30-day window will not be processed.

Return Process:
Contact us @ ldautopartstore@gmail.com to initiate a return request. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Ship the item back to us with a tracking number for proof of return. Upon inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

 

 

Warranty Coverage:
LD Autoparts warrants that all remanufactured fuel injectors sold by us are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase

What This Warranty Covers:
proper function of the fuel injector under normal use and operating conditions. Replacement or repair of the defective injector at no cost to the customer, subject to warranty claim approval.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
Damage due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or contamination from fuel or debris. Modified, altered, or tampered injectors. Labor cost, towing, or any incidental or consequential damages. Normal wear and tear or failures due to external factors not related to workmanship or material.

Warranty Claim Process:
Contact us with your order number. Return the defective injector for inspection with a return prepay shipping label. If approved, we will repair or replace the injector at our discretion.

Limitations & Exclusions:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Seller's liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product and does not cover any indirect or consequential damages.
